Since 1998, Phu My Hung has been a rapidly developing residential urban area. Until 2015, construction and reconstruction in the area were halted. Now, in collaboration between architects, landscapers, and lighting consultants, Phu My Hung has started to turn into an innovative, sustainable, and wellness-oriented residential area. Together with this new wave, kobi lighting studio joins hands in rethinking light for a renewed residential district.
Cardinal Court, situated in the vibrant heart of Saigon South’s International Commercial & Financial District, epitomizes modern luxury by harmoniously blending dynamic urban energy with serene natural beauty. This premier residential project, established as a “green oasis” in Phu My Hung, integrates international living standards with the tranquility of lush, tropical surroundings. It offers a true home where the vibrancy of city life meets the calm of nature and ethereal elements.
Our lighting design for the main ground area aligns with the vision of simplicity and elegance, enriching the tropical landscape elements. The primary goal is to create a soothing environment that respects the night and provides a relaxing experience. To achieve this, we focus on using sophisticated, energy-efficient lighting solutions that contribute to a wellness-oriented atmosphere, and cradle residents’ daily lives. Our strategy is to seamlessly integrate the lighting with the palette of stone colors, tranquil blues, and lush greens, ensuring a cohesive and enchanting ambiance.
Cardinal Court is distinguished as the first residential development in Phu My Hung to receive EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainable and efficient design. Cardinal Court transcends traditional residential projects, offering a masterfully designed environment where lighting plays a crucial role in blending modern luxury with sustainability, providing a haven of well-being and satisfaction for its residents.
